Nourish With Knowledge hosts a free monthly get together for expecting moms. We go over the benefits of breastfeeding for mom and baby as well as how a lactation consultant can help at various stages both pre and post birth. The gathering offers expecting moms in the same phase of life the opportunity to mingle, ask questions, and tour the office.

Introductory Call
We offer a free 10 to 15 minute phone call to help answer general questions regarding lactation and breastfeeding. The call includes but is not limited to the benefits of breastfeeding for mom, the benefits of breastfeeding for the baby, and how a lactation specialist can help you throughout your journey.
